As a Realtor - What does Westlife do for your client to help you complete a sale?
We first try to calm what is usually an already distressing situation.
Westlife’s business is to provide our services with concern for our client and provide complete, written and fully documented information to them after completion of an inspection of a property. We walk the areas of concern fully inspecting the areas using state of the art instrumentation and our experienced knowledge of building sciences. We do everything possible to directly cover the concerns of our client – whether they are concerned for health, financial, legal or property condition reasons. We provide our client with a full written report of our findings. If remediation is required, a full written protocol is part of our Preliminary Inspection fees – NOT an added cost. We offer state-of-the-art, common sense solutions to our client’s concerns – in a language they can understand. We cover our findings with full insurance, and
provide Errors and Omissions Insurance for environmental concerns that covers all involved with the transaction for their liabilities. We can also provide multiple recommendations for experienced, qualified remediation contractors when competitive bidding is necessary. Westlife provides fully certified inspections that cover a range of services to help a buyer through the buy decision. We provide full bacterial and mold inspections – both for before and/or after remediation. All services are provided in accordance with the latest information available from the standards set by the top, accredited experts in field of Industrial Hygiene. Within the past two years we have added Lead and Asbestos inspections and reporting to our services.
Of the above – the most impactive service to a Realtor is Westlife’s assumption of liability. A Realtor’s E&O insurance does NOT cover environmental issues. A Realtor providing an opinion on possible microbial impact to a property is taking upon themselves the liability from that impact. By completing our services, Westlife takes on those liabilities, further insulating you and your client from possible future litigation and financial losses.
