Our certifications for mold are currently the only certifications recognized by HUD. Our jobs and reports will stand up to

their scrutiny.

Our reports are emailed to you to cut time frames and allow easy retransmission to

investor owners.

If a Property Manger does not have a relationship with remediation or mitigation contractor - Westlife can provide a list of contractors that have experience in the specific type of property involved. If their is an existing contractor relationship - Westlife can work with them to insure our instructions are followed to the letter. This gives the greatest chance of “passing” our final inspections on first try - saving you both the time and money involved in readdressing a concern before reoccupancy or reuse of a property.
